How escrow protects your purchase

Your money never goes straight to the seller. Here is exactly what happens to it.

When you pay on uku.gg, your money does not go to the seller. It goes into escrow — a protected holding account controlled by the platform.

The flow

1) You pay → funds are locked in escrow. 2) The seller delivers the account. 3) You check everything and confirm. 4) Only then is the seller paid. If something is wrong, the money is still with us — not with them.

What if the seller never delivers?

If the delivery time runs out and the seller never started delivering, the order is cancelled automatically and the full amount returns to your balance. No forms, no waiting for an admin.

What if the account is not as described?

Open a dispute from the order page. Our team reviews every dispute within 24 hours and refunds you if the listing was misleading.
