Every order on uku.gg comes with a 7-day guarantee. During this window the seller's money stays locked in escrow — they are not paid out until it passes.
What it covers
The account being recovered or pulled back by the original owner, credentials not working, or the account not matching the listing (missing skins, wrong rank, no email access when full access was promised).
What it does not cover
Bans caused by your own behaviour after the purchase (cheating, chargebacks on the game store, breaking game rules).
How to claim
Open a dispute from the order page within 7 days. Our team responds within 24 hours.
