Late delivery and auto-refund

Sellers who miss their delivery window pay for it — not you.

Every manual-delivery listing shows a promised delivery time, and your order page shows a live countdown.

If the countdown hits zero and the seller never started delivering, a report button appears. Press it and the order is cancelled and refunded to your balance automatically — no admin approval needed, because the money never left escrow.

If the seller had already delivered something (partially or incorrectly), the same button opens a dispute for our team to review instead.
