Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GameVault ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to buy or sell on GameVault. By using the platform you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

Sellers must complete identity verification (KYC) before listing items.

3. Accounts and Digital Goods

GameVault is a marketplace where users buy and sell digital gaming goods such as game accounts, in-game items, currencies and gift cards. GameVault is not affiliated with any game publisher and does not own the listed goods.

Some publishers restrict the transfer or sale of accounts. You are responsible for understanding the rules of the relevant game. GameVault is not liable for actions taken by third-party publishers, including account bans.

4. Buying and Escrow

Buyer payments are held in escrow and are only released to the seller after the buyer confirms delivery, or after the hold period ends without an open dispute. This protects buyers against non-delivery.

Buyers must inspect the delivered goods promptly and open a dispute within the protection window if there is a problem.

5. Selling and Fees

Sellers set their own prices. GameVault charges a commission on completed sales, which is deducted from the seller's proceeds. The applicable rate is shown before you list.

Sellers must deliver exactly what was described. Providing false, shared, recovered or previously sold credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: engage in fraud or chargeback abuse; move transactions off-platform to avoid fees or protection; sell stolen, hacked or fraudulently obtained goods; harass other users; or use the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.

Attempting to arrange payment or contact outside GameVault removes buyer and seller protection and may lead to account termination.

7. Withdrawals

Verified sellers may withdraw available balance subject to a minimum amount and applicable processing fees. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed manually. You are solely responsible for providing a correct wallet address and network; GameVault is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect withdrawal details.

8. Disputes

If a buyer and seller cannot resolve an issue, GameVault's support team reviews the case and the evidence provided by both parties and makes a good-faith decision. By using the platform you agree to cooperate with the dispute process.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameVault is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from third-party game publisher actions.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the transaction giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are involved in fraudulent or harmful activity.
