A dispute pauses everything: the seller cannot get paid while a dispute is open.
When to open one
The account does not match the listing, credentials do not work, the account got recovered within 7 days, or delivery went wrong in any other way.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your uku.gg balance instantly. From there you can spend or withdraw.
