Seller rules
The short list of rules that keep your seller account alive.
1) Describe accounts honestly. Every skin, rank and stat you list must exist on the account. Missing items entitle the buyer to a refund.
2) Deliver within your promised time. Expired deliveries auto-cancel and refund the buyer.
3) Full access means full access — original email included, so the buyer can take permanent ownership.
4) Never try to move the deal off-platform. Off-platform deals lose all protection and end in a permanent ban.
5) Never attempt to recover a sold account. This is fraud; it ends with a ban, a refund from your funds, and possible legal consequences.
